The participants must do the Yoga positions within their level of comfort. Yoga is not a competitive sport. If you have a condition, say arthritis, that keeps you from taking one of the positions, you proceed by modifying it to suit your body. Older participants may use a chair instead of reaching the floor. Movements may be smaller, shorter, or held for less time.
