My feet are in a footbath, soaking in warm water in a beautiful blue bowl. The water smells lovely and Bonnie tells me that it is sage infused water. (Bonnie is the Holistic Esthetician and Detox Therapist at Groton Wellness.)
I have a neck roll that is snug and fragrant. It feels sweet and spicy as if I am downing a warm drink that has been steeped in cinnamon and black pepper.
Oh I am in herbal heaven!
