I’m starting this week off with 3 tips to practice with your skincare at home.
- Make sure if you notice your breaking out to look at your pillowcase, swapping this out each week will help your skin breath at night and recover from the day.
- As we move toward warmer weather make sure you are using an all-natural SPF for protection from sun exposure!
- Exfoliate! Bring up those fresh new skin cells with a gentle exfoliator and this will help with the plumpness and suppleness of your skin.
