No dance experience is needed — all bodies, ages, and backgrounds are welcome. You’ll explore musicality, rhythm, posture, and core strength, while embracing dance as a form of self-expression rather than performance.

What to expect:

• Gentle warm-up and mobility exercises
• Technique foundations for hips, chest, arms, and steps
• Rhythm practice and simple combinations
• A short choreography built throughout the class
• Stretching and relaxation to close the session
