In this special 90-minute workshop, you’ll be guided through the elegant and grounding practice of Raqs Sharqi (belly dance) as a pathway to reconnect with your body and inner rhythm.
This class is open to all bodies and experience levels — no previous dance background is required. The focus is not on performance, but on presence, musicality, and self-expression. Through guided movement, you’ll explore posture, coordination, and core engagement while moving with intention and ease.
During the workshop, you can expect:
